Try not to be too surprised by the announcement that Activision is releasing a new Call of Duty game, and is once again set for a November release. Rumored for the last week or so, the game company has dropped the veil and has officially announced the next iteration in the shooting franchise, Call of Duty: Ghosts. Infinity Ward is once again at the helm of this game and are bringing a new story, new characters, and even a brand new Engine to Call of Duty, with Ghosts. The game is set to release on November 5, 2013, for the PS3, XBOX 360, and other next-gen systems (no word on the Wii U yet), but our first real look at this game isn't going to happen until later this month during Microsoft's big Xbox event (May 21st).
So pretty much, this announcement is essentially just a confirmation of the title and release date; which many already knew about. Sure they've got a teaser trailer, but it's all live-action, so you still don't see anything from the game.
