2017 Oscar Nominations: Complete List

It’s that time of year again, where we all debate what the best movies of the past year were.  One thing we can agree with, however, is not understanding why the Academy nominates certain things they way they do.  This year brings about a refreshing turn-around in the wake of “Oscars so White”, but that doesn’t stop it from presenting some seriously big snubs this time around.

Below you can find the full list of this year’s nominations and begin your guessing now, before the big show happens on February 26th.  If you’re not happy with the choices this year, be sure to check out OUR Cinelinx Movie Awards where YOU get to vote on the winners:

La La Land and Arrival are leading the pack this year (which are both well-deserved), but snubbing Amy Adams, who made Arrival work, makes absolutely no sense to me.  I’m also baffled by the fact that Passengers has somehow ended up with more nominations than Martin Scorsese’s Silence.  The Academy Awards have always been strange, but it is nice to see some diversity this time around.  What do you think of this year’s nominations?
