Action packed and full of comedy, this film will be in theaters starting tomorrow. Furious 6 will take you for a ride and will leave you on the edge of your seat through it all. As the prequel to Tokyo Drift, we can all expect to have 7th installment arrive in theaters next year. I would give it an A

The end to it all, the last hangover left alot to be desired. Allen's humor was too forced and most of it lacked depth to it. To me, the final scene was funnier than the whole movie. I would give it a C

Greta Gerwig plays the title character in Frances Ha, the new film from director Noah Baumbach. Frances is a lovable eccentric whose dream is to be a professional dancer. As she apprentices for a dance company, Frances leads a somewhat slacker life aided by her best friend, Sophie, from college. When Sophie decides to move out to be with the man of her dreams, Frances is left to bounce around from friends apartments and find menial work to get by while still trying to get her life together.

Frances Ha is quirky, funny, and, sometimes, poignant. Frances is selfish and self absorbed but so are most of her friends. Despite this, you can't help but like the character. She never comes across as depressed or lonely. She really does have a central goal and tries her best to achieve it. The movie was shot in black and white. Maybe, the director thought it would come across as more artsy. If Frances Ha is playing in your area, it's worth checking out. It's a small film that will give you a needed break from all the big loud summer movies dominating the box office.

This title vastly over hypes a mediocre movie, its another average movie cranked out by Blue Sky and Fox. If you have kids who really want to see this one, thats the only reason to go...if you can get away with renting Arthur and the Invisibles, get it. Its like other movies as well, but even down to the house her dad lives in, arthur and the invisibles is a very close match to this movie, not exactly the same mind you, but close. In my opinion Blue sky just doesnt make great movies; given the choice between a pixar movie and Blue Sky, I'd have to take Pixar every time. Pass on it, I'd wait for the rental given the choice.
