Perhaps one of the best, late, games on the Wii U was Super Mario Maker. Gamers who grew up playing the iconic platforming game had the chance to build their own (often punishing) levels to share with their friends. Despite arriving later in the Wii U’s lifespan, a ridiculous amount of levels were created and shared. With better online options on the Switch, there’s a good chance Super Mario Maker 2 will be even bigger:
