Can anyone stop Team Kaliber‘s recent wave of success?

That will be the $200,000 question this weekend when the esports tour lands in one the entertainment industry’s busiest cities, Atlanta.  In the first two major competitions of the season, in Dallas and New Orleans, Team Kaliber has been the juggernaut that most didn’t see coming, as they earned two tournament victories over some of Call of Duty WWII‘s finest.  TK, featuring Theory, Chino, Accuracy, and the 18 year old sensation Kenny, have vanquished the likes of Call of Duty World League mainstays like Splyce and Optic Gaming to earn the lion’s share of the $200,000 prize pool in back-to-back competitions.

If successful in Atlanta, TK will accomplish what many dream about but few achieve, completing a hat trick at an esports competition.

In order to do that, they’ll need to survive the 170+ teams from North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific region when the CWL Atlanta Open kicks off this Friday, March 9, at 12pm ET.  While TK looks for a clean attain a clean sweep of the first 3 events, rival teams will be playing all weekend for the honor of being the first team to walk away at tournament champion and the bulk of the $200,000 prize pool, as part of the $4.2 million season prize pool.

To attend all 3 days of the event, admission costs $59.99 and those tickets are available for the public to purchase now, by clicking here.  If Atlanta is a bit out of reach, the event will be streamed live on MLG.com/CallofDuty and Twitch.tv/CallofDuty.
