The content, much like current releases, will be timed exclusive to Sony. So far the website lists a “2016” date, but nothing specific. Xbox users are still waiting till this Fall to get previously exclusive content.
The content includes a Vex strike, “The Echo Chamber”; exotic scout rifle called Jade Rabbit; and one set of armor for each of Destiny‘s three classes. A Crucible map, Sector 618, is also included.
Challenge your fellow Guardians in this Crucible map set within the ruins of an Earth colony reclaimed from the House of Wolves. Fans of Clash and Control modes will find plenty to love in this mid-sized arena: each side’s narrow chambers give way to an open center area, connected only by two exposed bridges and a handful of small platforms for the adventurous.
The expansion releases September 14th across all platforms. It will cost you $40 for just the content, but you can also buy a Legendary edition that comes with the game, both previous expansions, and The Taken King for $60. The Legendary Edition also has limited edition sets at certain retailers.
