Capcom announced that Six Flags will be introducing the “Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Experience” on March 28th. The deal includes Six Flags changing up their “Goliath” Rollercoaster (Magic Mountain) to match the Monster Hunter theme. On March 28th and 29th, the Monster Hunter traveling experience will also be at Six Flags Magic Mountain to celebrate.
The coaster will resemble Gore Magala from the game during this promotion, which is rather neat. Once you make it through the 255 foot drop taken at 85 mph, the coaster will end at a cyber cafe that has Monster Hunter 4 ready for you to play and beat the real monster. Well, in videogame form!
The park will also introduce special merchandise to celebrate the event.
