65th Anniversary Godzilla Figure Coming to SDCC

TOHO and Bandai are bringing a brand new exclusive figure to San Diego Comic-Con to celebrate Godzilla‘s first appearance and it looks pretty amazing.

TOHO is celebrating 65 years of the King of the Monsters by bringing Godzilla to SDCC for the first time (from them anyway) this year. They’re not coming empty-handed either and have worked with Bandai on an exclusive action figure that recreates his iconic first appearance:

From Bandai the 65th Anniversary 1954 Godzilla Deluxe Vinyl Figure (2019 Convention Exclusive) is an authentic recreation of the iconic kaiju that introduced Godzilla to the world in the 1954 Toho film Godzilla.  This highly detailed 2019 Convention Exclusive Godzilla features accurate sculpting in a limited edition translucent flake vinyl with added paint treatments for enhanced realism.  The exclusive package is a displayable window box with premium sleeve.
