At a time when action films have become neutered, PG-13 shells of their former selves, Stallone delivers a brutal, brilliant film that reminds us what the genre can be. The 4K transfer is excellent, although several scenes don’t quite measure up. The Dolby Atmos soundtrack is booming, with a nice surround effect.
