We sat down with Noel Fisher for AfterBuzz TV's “Spotlight On” to discuss his new film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and his reaccurring role in Showtime's “Shameless.”
As we mentioned yesterday, Paramount was waiting on YOU to vote on your favorite Ninja Turtle in order to reveal four brand new character posters for the film. Once all of those were unlocked they promised a new trailer (finally) would be released and they've delivered. Come inside to check out the all new trailer and see the four new posters!
Back when filming on the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie began, many of us assumed that the actors cast in the various roles, who donned mo-cap suits, would also be providing the voices for the characters (like in Avatar and even Planet of the Apes). Apparently that wasn't the case, as Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shalhoub have been hired on to provide the voices of Leonardo and Splinter, respectively.
Paramount has been very (worryingly) quiet in regards to the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot being helmed by Jonathan Liebesman. Aside from a few leaked photos and a promo poster (that wasn't officially released) we've seen next to nothing regarding this film. With the movie set to release in only six months many fans have wondered where the trailer has been. Now we know exactly when we'll be able to see it.
[Update: with new official promo art on display at Toy Fair] One of the biggest things Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's fans have been anxious to see, is how they're going to look in the brand new film coming from Michael Bay and Jonathan Liebesman. While various rumors and possible descriptions have come out, we haven't seen them...until now. Maquettes of the Turtles, and concept art for The Shredder, have leaked online and they're looking pretty awesome. Come inside to check them out.
The upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot has already been hit with a push back in its release date (going from a Christmas 2013 film to a Summer 2014 movie), and now Paramount has announced that it's moving the release back yet again; though not as drastically this time. Now you'll be able to catch the heroes in a half-shell at the end of the Summer season in August. Come inside for all the details.
For a while, it seemed that every single bit of news coming out for the upcoming John Liebesman directed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot had the fans in an uproar. None more so than a very early statement from Michael Bay who told people that the heroes in a half-shell would be alien creatures this time around. Now, during a press interview Bay has backtracked and confirmed that this is no longer the case. They're mutants again!
Some casting news has come down over the last couple days, so we thought it'd be easier to share them with you all in one convenient spot. Transformers 4 has expanded it's cast, Divergent lands another actor, and at last the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles have found their Master Splinter.
Looks like Michael Bay and Megan Fox have settle their past differences (remember that very public fallout which resulted in Fox not being cast in Transformers 3?), and as part of their rekindling, she's been cast in the upcoming Ninja Turtles Reboot as April O'Neil. If you listen closely enough, you can actually hear my excitement level dropping.
