The Avengers Will Cross the $600 Million Mark Today

Thought you'd heard the last of The Avengers at the box office huh?  Not so.  Marvel's behemoth has still been rocking the charts, and even after so many weeks from it's release it has consistently remained in the top 10 box office earnings every week.  Marvel has released a press statement that the film is expected to reach $600 domestic gross today.

Avengers 2 is Officially In Development

The Avengers is currently tearing up the box office and breaking all kinds of records.  So it's no surprise that Marvel is keen to get a sequel moving (as they've also talked about it many times before), and now Disney has made the announcement official.

The Avengers is out and it's a pretty amazing film; yet it wasn't all peaches and gravy. There were some issues with the film, because let's face it, no movie is 100% perfect.
