The main problem many filmmakers run into is a severe lack of funds. Many are also at home filmmakers, doing it purely for the love of making movies. This type of ability is normally beyond them, because they just don’t have the bigger programs or software to make full use of it.
Fortunately a new video tutorial has just come out, that explains step-by-step how to use the green screen in the basic program iMovie 9. This editing software comes standard with any new Mac computer (or course you do have to get one of those), so the program is free, and now there’s a way to use big budget techniques for your low budget film.
Yeah I know it’s not the best tutorial in the world, but it’s better than nothing, and no one else has really tried it either.
