Box Office Breakdown: Hobbit Wins Again While 47 Ronin Flops Hard

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised the 47 Ronin failed to do much of anything at the box office.  It’s trouble production over the years has been something of a legend on its own, and it’s trailers didn’t exactly paint a picture of high cinema.  Oh well, I was hoping it’d be a surprising film, but from all I’ve heard, it’s worth missing out on.  Anchorman 2 found it’s footing and managed to come in at third place after a fairly soft launch, which worked against a lot of the newer films hitting this past week:

2. Frozen $28,845,000 $248.3
