Black Panther and Captain Marvel Sequel Titles Announced as Marvel Teases Phase 4

Marvel has released a new video to hype up their Phase 4 slate, revealing titles and release dates for upcoming sequels, as well as the first Eternals footage.

If you need something to get your week started off right, Marvel is here for you. This morning they’ve dropped a new video to hype up the experience of returning to the movies. It includes a look back at the previous films, while also offering up a nice tease of what’s to come in Phase 4…

Of course the big thing here, aside from FINALLY getting some Eternals footage, are the titles for a pair of sequels.

Black Panther 2 is now called Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and slated to release on July 8, 2022.

Captain Marvel 2 is now The Marvels and slated to hit on November 11, 2022. They also announced the film will bring back Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau (from WandaVision) and Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) to feature in the movie!

With Fantastic 4 also being confirmed as a Phase 4 release (slated for sometime in 2023), it’s definitely an exciting time for nerds. Phase 4 kicks off this Summer with Black Widow. Which of Marvel’s upcoming films are you most excited about?
