This afternoon, director Colin Trevorrow shared the first picture from the set of Jurassic World 3, revealing the film’s title!
It’s a good day fellow Dinosaur nerds! It’s the first day of production for Jurassic World 3, which, on top of seeing Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return, will also be bringing back the original film’s trio. The film’s director announced the start of production today on his Twitter profile (promising more set pictures are coming), which sneakily reveals the sequel’s title:
Jurassic World: Dominion. Chris Pratt confirmed the film’s title on his Twitter as well, with a cheeky definition that seems to sum up the entirety of the Jurassic franchise. As for plot details…well, we’re still in the dark, but it’s exciting nonetheless that filming has started and we’re stepping ever closer to seeing it on the big screen.
Jurassic World: Dominion is slated to hit theaters on June 11, 2021. If you need some live action Jurassic World goodness in the meantime, be sure to watch the short film released this past September.
