Michael B. Jordan Will (Probably) Direct Creed 3

Creed 2 Release Date November 2018

Looks like MGM is looking to give Creed the trilogy treatment, with another sequel currently in development that will put Michael B. Jordan behind the camera as well!

In an unexpected tidbit of news, MGM is apparently already developing a third Creed movie, following the boxing exploits of Adonis after his battle against Viktor Drago. Even better, apparently Michael B. Jordan (the actor behind the titular role) himself will be directing!

The news comes via a Deadline report about the recent rumors of James Bond’s No Time to Die being shopped to streaming services. Mentioned off-hand that while MGM is still working on other films (such as Creed 3), the James Bond flick remains their big box office priority at the moment.

Obviously there aren’t any more details to go off of about the new Creed film, but it’s exciting to see Jordan taking the helm. Who do you hope to see him face off against this time? Another person related to the Rocky franchise, or someone all new?
