Avengers May Team Up With Defenders For Infinity War

Daredevil has recently debuted on Netlifx and is getting rave reviews. Soon, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist will be following him, which will lead to the foursome forming a ‘street level’ super group called the Defenders. They don’t have the power or the reputation of their predecessors, the Avengers, but they may be called upon to help Earth’s mightiest heroes in the second part of the MCU phase three action epic, Avengers: Infinity War, when Thanos finally faces off against the assembled heroes of Earth.

Avengers: Infinity War-Part II will hit theaters on May 3 of 2019, which gives the TV heroes time to launch all their solo shows and graduate to form the Defenders, which is the plan for the Netlifx shows. Bleeding Cool says they have information from “unnamed sources” which reveals the Defenders involvement in the second half of Infinity War.

With the additional possibility of Spider-Man joining the Avengers in their third adventure, the inclusion of the Defenders makes Marvel’s climactic Phase 3 action flick a star-studded epic.

Do you think the rumor will turn out to be true? Would you like to see the Avengers join forces with the Defenders?
