New Visual Released for ‘My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes’ Mission’

A new visual has been released for the upcoming anime film My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes’ Mission, due to release in Japan this August.

After learning late last year that a third My Hero Academia movie was on the way, we now have a new visual to tease what’s to come in this upcoming film, scheduled to release in Japan on August 6, 2021.

According to the official teaser:

Deku will be wanted by authorities for mass murder. Additionally, the film will feature an incident that involves the whole world. The narration on the teaser states, “the time limit until the world destruction crisis is two hours.”

My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes’ Mission will feature an original story with manga creator Kōhei Horikoshi serving as chief supervisor and original character designer.

There’s currently no US release date indicated for My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes Mission, but if it goes like the previous My Hero Academia film, there will likely be US screenings available several months after the film premieres in Japan.
