CinemaCon has been the gift that keeps on giving, with studios anxious to show off their upcoming films, movie lovers have been blessed with a plethora of movie trailers (Valerian, IT, Spider-Man). Today brings a new trailer for Matt Reeve’s War for the Planet of the Apes. To be entirely honest, the first trailer for the film alone was better than a bunch of movies I saw last year, so my hype level is already on the high side. Somehow, this new trailer has managed to get me even more excited:
There are so many amazing things going on in this trailer, that it’s hard to sum up in a single post, and my mind is reeling from all the story possibilities, connections to the bigger franchise, and the eye-poppingly gorgeous visuals. It’s a trailer that begs to be watched a few more times…what did you think?
