First, was this awesome teaser. Then, we got word of Darth Vader’s return. Next week, we get a 3-minute long trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story!
It was a bit of a given that we’d be getting a new Rogue One trailer, especially with Star Wars Celebration being only a week away. What we didn’t know was that we’d be seeing it during a Star Wars special on ABC. Thanks to Making Star Wars who reported, using TV listings, that the network will air a special Secrets of the Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey at 8pm/ET on Friday July 15, 2016. During the special, we will get a behind-the-scenes look at the Force Awakens and a 3-minute trailer for Rogue One!
It’s also worth noting that the Rogue One Panel at Star Wars Celebration is at 4PM in London, which translates to about 10 AM/Central. Meaning you will most likely see it right here well-before it’s on TV that evening!
