Marvel’s Daredevil to Premiere on Netflix in April

If last night’s Ant-Man movie trailer wasn’t enough Marvel news for you in one week, then you’re in luck, as Marvel and Netflix have officially revealed when Daredevil will be making his way into your lives and fighting crime in Hell’s Kitchen.  The reveal came thanks to this swanky looking poster:

So April 10th is the date!  Meaning you’ll have plenty of time to watch the entire 13-episode season in time for Avengers: Age of Ultron just a few weeks later.   But that’s not all, a new image from the series also made it’s way online today showing Charlie Cox in action:

I’m really looking forward to this show.  I love the Daredevil character and am really interested to see what they can do with him in this Netflix series format.  It’ll be setting the stage for their other new shows and I’m hoping it starts things off on the right foot.

“Marvel’s Daredevil” follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.

The series stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson with Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk.

What do you guys think about Daredevil?  Will you be binge-watching the series when it hits in April?
