New Destructive Trailer for The Punisher Announces Release Date

Netflix has graced us with yet another bloody trailer for Marvel’s The Punisher series.  The previous few gave us a good idea at how brutal the series was going to be, but today’s gave us two things we hadn’t had yet.  A little bit of exposition and an official release date.

November 17, while great that it’s close, feels like a missed opportunity on Netflix’s part.  If they had released the series a week earlier, on the 10th, they’d have released it on the Marine Corp. birthday.  Considering Frank Castle was a former Marine, this would’ve been very timely.

Nevertheless, the Marine Corp. will get to eat their cake on 10th and have it too when the complete season of The Punisher releases on November 17, 2017.

The Punisher features a cast of Jon Bernthal (Marvel’s Daredevil Season 2, The Walking Dead), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Girls, The Lake House), Deborah Ann Woll (Marvel’s Daredevil, True Blood), Ben Barnes (Westworld, The Chronicles of Narnia), Amber Rose Revah (Emerald CityIndian Summers), Michael Nathanson (The Knick, The Wolf of Wall Street), Jaime Ray Newman (Bates Motel), Jason R Moore (A Lonely Place for Dying), Daniel Webber (11.22.63) and Paul Schulze (Nurse Jackie).
