As reported in Entertainment Weekly, Gotham has cast its Two Face. Harvey “Two Face” Dent is a very popular Batman villain. He has been portrayed several times in Batman films. Dent has been played by Billy Dee Williams in Batman (1989), Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever (1995) and Aaron Eckhart in The Dark Knight (2008). Now he’ll make another live-action appearance, this time in the form of actor Nicholas D’Agosto.
In this version, young Harvey Dent/Two Face is described as… “Bright, charming and idealistic, Harvey Dent’s sole mission is to eradicate the crime and corruption that has poisoned Gotham. He is described as appealing, energetic and full of light and life, even while taking on the worst Gotham has to offer. Though he one day serves as the white knight Gotham desperately needs, Harvey also shows glimpses of who he will become: Two Face.”
Two Face joins a list of other Batman bad guys who’ve already appeared on the new show, including; the Penguin, the Riddler, Catwoman, Posion Ivy, Carmine Falcone, Sal Maroni and Zsasz, as well as the soon-to-be-introduced characters Scarecrow and Mr. Freeze.
