The cast of She-Hulk continues to grow as Renée Elise Goldsberry has been officially announced for the upcoming Disney+ show.
It was announced today that Renée Elise Goldsberry would be joining the cast of She-Hulk in the role of Amelia and she will co-star opposite Tatiana Maslany on the show. If Goldsberry looks familiar, that’s because she’s probably best known as playing Angelica Schuyler on the hit Broadway show Hamilton, though she’s also played one of the leads in Girls5eva.
She-Hulk is a legal comedy that centers on the eponymous heroine (Maslany), aka Jennifer Walters, an attorney who has similar powers to her cousin, Bruce Banner/The Hulk.
The She-Hulk series is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao serving as head writer. Mark Ruffalo will reprise his role as The Hulk and Tim Roth is reprising hisHulk character of The Abomination.
She-Hulk will release on Disney+ sometime in 2022.
