The first trailer for the upcoming hurricane/alligator thriller, Crawl, has arrived to showcase some terrifying, bloody, action. Come inside to watch!
There are two things I love in movies: natural disasters and monsters (underwater monsters are a bonus). Amazingly, Crawl has found a way to combine both of those into one crazy looking package this Summer:
Yes, it looks a bit goofy and over the top (I mean, it’s the same director who did Piranha 3D), but there’s no denying the interest it’s piqued. I’m all in for this one and can’t wait to see more.
When a massive hurricane hits her Florida hometown, Haley (Kaya Scodelario) ignores evacuation orders to search for her missing father (Barry Pepper). Finding him gravely injured in the crawl space of their family home, the two become trapped by quickly encroaching floodwaters. As time runs out to escape the strengthening storm, Haley and her father discover that the rising water level is the least of their fears.
Crawl hits theaters on July 12, 2019.
