Aiden Pearce and Wrench Return in Watch Dogs: Legion – BloodLine DLC Expansion

Aiden Pearce and Wrench are returning to the Watch Dogs universe in the upcoming Expansion DLC “Bloodline”. During the Ubisoft Forward Showcase, we got the first glimpse at the upcoming action-filled trailer and I think fans of the series are set for an awesome ride!

From what it seems, Aiden’s nephew has been kidnapped and he is forced to team up with the wild and crazy hacker Wrench. It is your task to bring down the Zero-Day group and rescue your nephew! From someone who hasn’t played Watch Dogs in some time, this DLC has piqued my interest and might just make me try the game out!

The DLC Expansion will launch July 6th for Xbox, Playstation, and PC so you better get your pockets ready! If you have yet to buy the game, you can get the Ultimate Edition at most stores for only $59.99 or if you own the base version of the game pick it up for $29.99

Watch Dogs: Legion – Bloodline is a standalone narrative expansion where players will take control of Aiden from the original Watch Dogs® game and Wrench from Watch Dogs® 2 in a new story arc.
In Bloodline, players will follow Aiden as he accepts a routine fixer job in London to reconnect with his nephew Jackson following the events of Watch Dogs. Aiden’s mission is to infiltrate a high-tech laboratory from Broca Tech to steal a mysterious and valuable piece of technology, but his mission is compromised when Wrench escapes with the device.
With his fixer contract now gone sideways, Aiden is caught in a deadly crossfire. With no real allies against a corporate giant, and with Wrench one step ahead of him, Aiden must team up with his estranged nephew Jackson, and rely on his grit and experience. With Wrench’s unpredictable behavior, things are bound to get chaotic.
Watch Dogs: Legion – Bloodline is set before the events of Watch Dogs: Legion’s main campaign. Bloodline also features multiple side quests for both Aiden and Wrench as they get drawn into London’s struggle with authoritarianism.
Players can access the Watch Dogs: Legion – Bloodline expansion through the Season Pass, available now for $29.99 or as part of Watch Dogs: Legion Gold and Ultimate Editions. The expansion can also be purchased as a standalone for $14.99. Watch Dogs: Legion – Bloodline requires the base game, Watch Dogs: Legion, in order to play.
In addition to the Bloodline expansion, Season Pass owners will be able to add Aiden and Wrench to their DedSec Resistance in the main campaign or in the Online mode, each of them with dedicated abilities:
  • Aiden Pearce comes with:
    • Focus: Slowmo aiming after takedown
    • System Crash: Disable electronics in the area
    • Gunslinger: Well-timed reload buffs damage
  • Wrench comes with:
    • Summon Sergei: summons a Custom Drone
    • Ninja Balls: Mini LTL Flashbangs
    • Lady Smash: a Big Custom Hammer
    • MPX SMG and LTL Grenade Launcher: custom skins on unique weapon arsenal
In Watch Dogs: Legion, London is facing its downfall. Amidst the growing unrest of a restless London, an unknown entity named Zero-Day has framed secret underground resistance DedSec for coordinated bombings across London. In the aftermath, criminal opportunists from every corner of London took hold and filled the void left by a defeated government.
As a member of DedSec, players will go up against those criminal opportunists in Watch Dogs: Legion; sadists, mercenaries, cybercriminals, and more; they’ll have to be prepared for a variety of situations. Players must recruit members into their DedSec Resistance to take on these criminal opportunists, liberate London and uncover the identity of Zero-Day.
