Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Pack Coming This April

[UPDATE: The newly-released Announcement Trailer has been added.]

Atelier fans have even more exciting things to look forward to this year with an upcoming re-release of the Mysterious Trilogy.

Koei Tecmo’s beloved Atelier franchise may have just released the next chapter of the Atelier Ryza series last week, with Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy, but there is more Atelier goodness coming in 2021.

Today, Koei Tecmo announced that three wonderful games in the Atelier series will be re-releasing as part of the Atelier Mysterious Trilogy Deluxe Pack this April for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. The pack includes Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book DX (2015), Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey DX (2016), and Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings (2017). It’s set to include all 3 games, a brand new episode, and a costume for Atelier Sophie.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Atelier series, it’s a JRPG series that’s been running since 1997 and has produced about 22 mainline video games and a bevy of side games. The primary theme of the game is alchemy, as each title character works their way to become a better alchemist, typically under the umbrella of an Atelier workshop. However, while their goals may be similar each character, and the allies made along the way, has a completely different journey.
