One of the most exciting things about any Bioware game, is the ability to have your choices impact the overall story of the game, and the characters you encounter. It makes for fun encounters and multiple playthroughs that don’t feel boring or the same. Today, a new gameplay video has been released showing off how choices, and their consequences will affect you during Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Some of these are pretty awesome. Seriously, the ability to piss off a party member so much to the point of them leaving is an interesting mechanic. This really forces gamers to think through their options and decide the best course of action. It impacts the way I’ll play the game, and for me, makes it that much more appealing to play.
As the influential leader of the Inquisition, the weight of your decisions will be felt across the world of Thedas. Everything from the race of your Inquisitor to the dialogue choices you make in conversation has an impact on your story. How you choose to lead is up to you, but remember, in Dragon Age: Inquisition choices have consequences. Making a new ally can also lead to the creation of a new enemy.
