Resident Evil developer, Shinji Mikam, appeared at Bethesda’s E3 conference to reveal a brand new game that looks both creepy and intriguing.
I’m not entirely sure what’s going on in this debut trailer for Ghostwire Tokyo, but I can tell you that I am absolutely on board with it:
It’s a third-person action game in which you’ll be tasked with exploring the Japanese capital to unravel a creepy looking mystery. While it doesn’t look to be a straight up horror title, much of the imagery the developer is known for is certainly there.
After strange disappearances hit Tokyo’s population, it’s up to you to uncover the source and purge the city of a strange, new evil. Armed with your own mysterious spectral abilities, you will face down the occult, unravel conspiracy theories and experience urban legends like never before.
Be sure to stay tuned to Cinelinx all week as we’ll be reporting live from the E3 show floor once again, and will bring you all the latest news and impressions via our Event HUB!
