The upcoming alternate history/mech-based real-time strategy game, Iron Harvest, now has a release date…and it’s SOON.
Since it first debuted as a Kickstarter last year, I’ve been keeping my eye on Iron Harvest. Between my love of the RTS genre and the overall aesthetic/setting of the game, my interest has been hooked. Thankfully, I won’t have to wait much longer to get my hands on it!
During Gamescom 2019 the developers released a new trailer for the game, revealing it’s launching on PS4, Xbox One, and PCs on September 1st. So yeah, just a little more than a week to go!
KING Art Games and Deep Silver have at last revealed the release date and a new trailer for the highly anticipated classic RTS Iron Harvest. Iron Harvest is set in an amazingly detailed dieselpunk universe based on the work of polish artist Jakub Rozalski, and will be available to players on Sept. 1, 2020 on PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X.
At the dawn of the 20th century, shortly after the end of the Great War, the world is full of secrets and mysteries, of opportunities and challenges. Tradition clashes with scientific and technological progress, while Europe is still recovering from the brutal battles of the World War. Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game (RTS) set in the alternate reality of 1920+, just after the end of the Great War. To create the perfect RTS-experience the team has been working in close cooperation with global RTS-fans ever since the highly successful kickstarter campaign.
