While gamers are knee-deep in Batman: The Telltale Series Season 2 The Enemy Within on console, PC, and mobile, Nintendo is about to join the party with the first season of Batman: The Telltale Series on Nintendo Switch. On November 14, 2017, in North America, (November 17 for Europe and Asia) Nintendo Switch owners can experience one of the best series Telltale Games has produced. That’s not hyperbole, either. Telltale Games released a trailer, announcing the release on Switch, featuring all the praise it earned when it came out.
“This will be Telltale’s first Mature-rated title on the system, so we’re really excited not only to have our game on Switch but also to approach a new audience with a game we’re really proud of,” said Executive Producer Sean O’Connor.“We think our unique take on Batman is a great way to introduce Nintendo fans to Telltale’s style of storytelling. It’s also nice that returning fans will be able to experience the game on a console they can take with them everywhere.”
In addition to getting a great title to add to their library, Season 1 of Batman will be used as a launchpad for Nintendo Switch. With bloodier games like Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 on the horizon, Batman Season 1 will be a good starting point for gamers who are ready to gradually get into more intense gameplay experiences. Compared to other titles, Batman: The Telltale Series is a rather tame Mature-rated title.
Batman: The Telltale Series Season 1 will be available on November 14, 2017 in North America digitally and physically for $39.99!
