Tremor Comes to Mortal Kombat X

Unsure who Tremor is?  Don’t worry, you’re probably not alone.  The character has only appeared in Mortal Kombat: Special Forces, a game that even die hard fans of the franchise consider to be the worst in the series, and best left forgotten.  Even so, Netherrealm is digging deep into their lore to flesh out the already impressive Mortal Kombat X roster, so Tremor will finally be a fully playable character.  The Tremor Bundle is hitting next week (or this week if you have the season pass) and will include the character along with a Klassic Skins Pack.  Check out more information thanks to the press release below:

Today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed the Mortal Kombat X Tremor Bundle, new downloadable content (DLC) which heralds the return of the Black Dragon ninja and Kano’s disciple Tremor. Mortal Kombat X is the Klassic character’s first appearance since Mortal Kombat: Special Forces (2000) and marks the first time Tremor is fully playable. In addition, the bundle includes the Klassic Skins Pack 2 with three new character skins including Quan Chi, Jax and Kung Lao.  Also revealed today, as an added bonus for players, is the FREE Klassic Fatalities Pack 2 with fatalities for Mileena, Kitana, Kung Lao and Jax.

Tremor and the Klassic Skins Pack 2 are the final components of the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack, providing fans with Mortal Kombat X DLC for $29.99. Players who already own the Kombat Pack will be able to download Tremor and the Klassic Skins Pack 2 starting Tuesday, July 21.

The Tremor Bundle, which includes both Tremor and the Klassic Skins Pack 2, will be available for players to purchase beginning Tuesday, July 28 from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace and Steam for $7.99. Players wishing to purchase Tremor or the Klassic Skins Pack 2 a la carte will also be able to do so beginning July 28.
