Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Announced to Cap Off Nintendo Direct

Nintendo stunned the gaming community with their final game reveal in today’s Nintendo Direct. They debuted the captivating announcement trailer for the highly-anticipated next game in the Xenoblade series, Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

The trailer features loads of new and interesting characters in dangerous new situations set within the vibrant world of Xenoblade Chronicles that fans have loved for over a decade. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is said to be “a brand-new story that ties together the futures of the worlds depicted in Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.”

I’m so fascinated by what this story entails and all the new characters we’ll get to meet and play as. However, what really pulled me into this game – more than it just being a Xenoblade game – was how immersive this game looks. When I saw the boat driving on the ocean and a sea creature being ridden by what looks like another sea creature, I was all in.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will launch on Nintendo Switch September 2022.
