Toy Review Tuesday: S.H. Figuarts Captain America and Machine Robo Eagle Robo

Yes I bought a Machine Robo figure. If you know anything about me, I hate absolutely hate Go-Bots. I hated the cartoon, hated the toys, and especially hated when some relative gave me “One of those transforming robots you like so much.” I had to bite my tongue because I would get the look from my pops that said, “Say thank you and the shut up boy!”

After having them banished from my life I saw these licensed Machine Robo figures that I could not deny looked fantastic. So this Eagle Robo here is a fine transforming bot. Clean jet mode, no kibble, locking panels, solid construction. The robot mode reveal a solid design updated and very good looking. I will say there are some loose joints that were not as loose when I got him but that can be fixed however it is worth noting. The die cast construction is very well done and gives this guy some heft that makes it worth the price tag. I picked mine up from Toy Dojo online and I would recommend this guy.

The physical pain from writing something good remotely related to Go-Bots is almost too much to bear. I need like 5 Transformers to wash this sin away. Follow me on Twitter and Instagram @JasonTheX
