Pixar’s ‘Brave’ logo fits the story

Pixar has unleashed the official logo for Brave, a summer 2012 film.

Featuring the lovely Reese Witherspoon as the voice of Merida, the story tells about a royal daughter who has strong desires to be a superior archer. As her mother puts her two cents into her daughter’s desires, Merida makes a foolish decision. With her misguided choice, danger hovers over her father’s kingdom and mother’s life. Facing the cruel forces of nature and the world of magic, she forges through to rectify her error to restore order once again.

Voices for the film also include Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson and Julie Walters. I can’t wait until the first movie trailer is released. I adore cute family movies by Pixar. Gives a nice break from reality and of late there have been some prospects that look amusing to say the least. The logo for the movie keeps in tact with the possible Middle Ages – Renaissance feel of the story. Simple design but effective!
