So have you happened to catch the recently released Transformers 3? Most of you have probably seen that the film is making more money than...well everything. You may notice that both the Paramount and Dreamworks logo appear before the opening scene and with the movie making money hand over fist, you would assume this team would be around for a while. Turns out things are not so grand.
I'm going to be totally honest here, and admit that I wasn't aware Dreamworks had already put Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom into production. I remember hearing some rumors and vague references to it over the past year, but nothing really solid. So imagine my surprise when I came across the brand new teaser trailer that had been released. Before you get too terribly excited, the teaser won't show you much, but I will say it was far more interesting than that Cars 2 teaser we got a couple weeks ago.
First they conquered the computer graphic film world. Then they revived the classic American hand-drawn animation technique, a medium they were once blamed for killing. And now Pixar is set to venture out into the world of stop-motion, with pioneer and auteur Henry Selick at the helm.
