Special Features and Details Announced for Rocky Heavyweight Collection

This morning, 20th Century Fox dropped a few more details on their upcoming Rocky boxset, the Heavyweight Collection, including the special features fans can expect when the set drops on February 11, 2014.  Come inside for all the details!

Big 25th Anniversary Edition

20th Century Fox is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Tom Hanks' Big with a brand new blu-ray release of the film.  I got my hands on the newly released title and am here to help you decide whether or not this new release of the classic film is worth your time and money.  

Star Trek: The Next Generation: Unification

CBS DVD and Paramount take the release of Star Trek: The Next Generation: Season Five on Blu-ray as the perfect opportunity to give fans another two-episode arc seamlessly joined together as a full-length film. Star Trek: The Next Generation: Unification serves as a companion piece to 1991's Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. It's another example of the old cast from the original series joining the new crew (at the time) for some cross-promotion of each other.

Man of Steel

Man of Steel leaps on to Blu-ray and DVD and the question on everyone's mind is, "How does it hold up in a home entertainment setting?" I'm happy to say it fares well and doesn't lose any of its charm or excitement. I've watched it both on a 32-inch and 45-inch TV and it held up as an emotional and action-packed roller coaster ride filled with enough well-crafted eye-candy to stun even the most cynical CGI naysayer.

The World’s End and The Ultimate Three Flavors Cornetto Trilogy Blu-Rays...

Universal has announced a pair of blu-rays that are sure to have Edgar Wright fans giddy (I know I am).  First of all they've announced the blu-ray for The World's End, the final film in the Cornetto trilogy, which released last month, but on top of that, they've revealed the details on The Ultimate Three Flavors Cornetto Trilogy, brining all three films together with new bonus features.  Come inside to check out the details on both of them!
