Rumors about Amazon developing their own video game console have been swirling about since Summer of last year, rumors which have only increased since they bought up game developer Double Helix just last month. While Amazon still hasn't made any official announcements (still denying it in fact), but today some leaked images have hit the net showing woulc could potentially be their system's controller.
All right folks, last week, Valve announced a trio of news regarding their upcoming Steam Machines and controller, in a bid to bring PC gaming into your living rooms. While those were exciting, people were hoping for some sort of Half-Life 3 news, yet didn't get any. First Assault was supposed to be out sometime this Spring but the recent Disney acquisition has put all games on hold. This is a potentially distressing piece of news, even though it's barely even a rumor at this point. Fans of the Metal Gear Solid series know that Solid Snake (or any other variation of Snake) has a very distinctive voice and many can't imagine the character sounding any different. An odd tweet from the man behind the voice may indicate that it could very well be changing. Say it isn't so!
This may turn out to be nothing, but I seriously doubt that. These days, studios registering new domain names is typically a sign of announcements incoming (as what happened with the new C&C Games and several others). Over the weekend Warner Bros. registered a bunch of Batman domain names that points toward what could potentially be a new game (or even film...though we doubt).
