Metal Gear Solid is the game that really made me fall in love with gaming. Thank You Hideo Kojima for all you have done for this industry!
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes has been out for a while now and a majority of fans know about the prized “throwback” mission (DeJa Vu) that allows you to re-live moments from the first MGS. During this mission you can go around and “erase” the logos of all the games made by Hideo Kojima within the universe, but people didn’t really find a way to link that to much more than a simple mission, until now.
While Kojima himself hasn’t stated too much, the idea that he is leaving Konami seems like it is all set in stone. With that send-off, it is important to look at why this is such a big deal and why fans are shocked by such an announcement. Hideo Kojima is one of my biggest inspirations as a writer of my own projects, and a big reason I continue to write, so him leaving is very impactful to me, but is it the end? For that answer I think we need to look at the very beginning….
According to sources, Konami is not in good relations with Kojima Productions and the two may be splitting ways as soon as next year.
Yes we have heard him say it with almost every single Metal Gear, but come check out what he said and decide for yourself.... is this really it?
Konami has announced a release date for PC gamers to finally get their hands on Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, thanks to the Steam Client, and it's just in time for the holidays!
According to a recent picture from SDCC, Volgin could very well be confirmed!
