Last night Sony took the wraps off of the PlayStation 4, but the two hour long event didn't answer many questions gamers have been asking over the last few weeks. While issues like whether or not used games would be allowed, the rumored always online-connection, and backwards compatibility weren't covered explicitly during the event, interviews conducted afterwards has shed light on these matters. Come on in to check them out.

We do know that being a new generation, we're going to be seeing some brand new Pokemon. Today they announced a new evolution of the popular Eevee pokemon, called Sylveon.
Early this morning Nintendo held another Direct Video in which they announced the "Year of Luigi" by announcing new games for the 3DS and Wii U, including: a new Mario & Luigi RPG, sequels to the sports spin-offs, new DLC for current games. On top of that, they announced other non-Mario/Luigi related content, like Animal Crossing and Donkey Kong for the 3DS. All the details inside!
A few weeks ago we reported that Warner Bros. registered a bunch of new domain names that seemed to point to another entry in the highly popular Batman: Arkham video game franchise. Now word is coming (from a top exec no less) that we'll actually be playing this game within 2013. Go ahead, get your excited faces on.
The upcoming expansion to the incredibly well received RPG Dragon's Dogma has got a new trailer today. In it, you can see the new enemies players will face off against in action.
Most Star Wars fans (and gamers in general) remember the Knights of the Old Republic games fondly, and have wished for another entry in the series for quite some time. While KOTOR II was considered very rough around the edges, it still has a very solid fan base. Now Obsidian (the developers behind KOTOR II) have said they are lobbying heavily to develop a brand new Star Wars RPG.
