The first major release that isn’t Destiny by Bungie since Sony picked up the studio a few years ago is an extraction shooter that has slowly started to look rather good. Check out the latest trailer:
As revealed, the launch date is set for March 5th. The game will release on the same date for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. The game will have full cross save and cross play across all platforms.
The story takes place as players discover Tau Ceti IV when Marathon launches on March 5th. In Marathon, players scavenge the lost colony of Tau Ceti IV as a bio-cybernetic Runner while surviving against hostile security forces, rival Runners, and inhospitable environments to seek their fortune. A gameplay trailer was also released, showing the many dangers players will face on the surface on the planet.
A full voice cast lineup was also announced:
