We finally get to see who is hiding in Skull Rock, and you probably guessed right.
If you’re trying to hide from spoilers, go ahead and just leave now. The latest dev diary revealed that the upcoming content update will include Peter Pan, who appears to be hiding inside Skull Rock. This is the latest story expansion for the season as players finally get to go inside.
That isn’t the only addition either. Players will now have a reason to talk with The Forgotten again as it becomes a villager that you can name and interact with, similar to other characters in the game. Along with that, all companions are getting an update to have levels and special quests similar to the villagers themselves. And with that being said a new companion is on the way, Max from The Little Mermaid, whom will assist in digging up holes on your adventure.
If that wasn’t enough, Aurora will also finally be making an appearance along with new content to her theme, along with more content for The Little Mermaid in the shop. Later this year the roadmap was updated to include 3 new segments. The first is pretty apparently themed to Inside Out. The second is a bit iffy, but it appears to be hinting towards Beauty and The Beast with the two companions possibly being Cogsworth and Lumiere. The last segment, coming in winter of this year, is pretty clearly Cinderella finally coming to the game.
The free content update will be hitting June 19th. The paid DLC expansion content will be hitting July 9th.
