The action-RPG fusion most commonly referred to as “soulslike” has certainly not been hurting for good content lately, and Bandai Namco seeks to add its own entry to that esteemed pile. Today during the Playstation State of Play, the developer/publisher unveiled a new trailer for the anime-styled vampiric action quest, Code Vein II. You can watch it on YouTube or right here:
The trailer establishes some of the game’s cool new features over its predecessor, like the Motorcycle Forma and the new world that serves as the game’s setting. Like any good anime game, it serves up a heaping helping of drama, and like any good soulslike, it promises to offer frantic and visceral combat to boot. And now, we know when to look forward to in order to continue our blood-drenched journey!
Code Vein II releases on January 30, 2026 for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
