The Game Awards has grown to include bigger and more exciting games each year, and 2025 is no different.
We got a first look at Divinity, the latest game set in the world of Rivellon. Larian Studios, who also released the blockbuster Baldur’s Gate Series dropped the unhinged first look:
Divinity is the first game to release since the Definitive Edition of Divinity: Original Sin 2 released in 2018. No release date was revealed.
“Despite our long history with the series, this is our first game entitled ‘Divinity.’ We’re ready to bring everything we’ve done previously into one place,” Swen Vincke, founder and game director of Larian Studios, said. “This marks the beginning of something with more breadth, depth, and intimacy than anything we’ve created before. We’ve been building toward this moment ever since we took our fate into our own hands. This is the Divinity we’ve always wanted to make and you’re going to have loads of fun with it.”
