Yesterday was a “S.P.E.C.I.A.L.” Kinda day, IT WAS FALLOUT DAY! This inaugural day is celebrated by fans and the Bethesda Team as an annual event on October 23rd, commemorating the fictional “Great War” in the Fallout video game franchise.
With that, Bethesda hosts an annual livestream that showcases updates to current series, and sometimes some surprises! Here’s all that was announced today:
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition for PS5, Xbox, PC, and Switch 2!

(s0lebs 2ndOpinion) – This anniversary edition for Fallout 4 does look like an easy way to jump back into the world of Fallout, but I still have questions. What are the framerate capabilities? What are the added accessibility options? What is the price!?

Fallout Shelter Getting Seasons in New Update!

(s0lebs 2nd Opinion) – It’s crazy to think Fallout Shelter has been out for 10 years now! With that, Bethesda announced that Fallout Shelters will be getting Seasons added to the game! With each season there will be new vaults, exclusive Dwellers, and more!
(Information Provided by BETHESDA)
Director Veronique Bruneau had this to say about the announcement:
In the past ten years, we’ve seen so much content that people have created online for Fallout Shelter, People sharing their ‘perfect layouts’ and tips and tricks for other players.
Even I’ve gotten some unexpected advice from players online. I’m really looking forward to seeing what you’ll do with all the new stuff we’re going to be adding to the game!
Burning Springs DLC Coming December 2nd!

(s0lebs 2nd Opinion) – The Burning Springs DLC is just what Fallout 76 needs to bring fans of the Amazon Series, “Fallout”, to the online world!
With The Ghoul’ being voiced by the one and only Walton Goggins from the TV series, I feel Im going to have to jumping to the wasteland and take on some bounties myself!
(Infomation Provided by BETHESDA)
Bethesda Game Studios revealed even more details about Burning Springs, the exciting new update coming to Fallout 76 on December 2, 2025. The map expansion introduces a brand-new arid region in Ohio where players will encounter the brutal Rust King, battle desert Deathclaws, and join up with friends in two new public events.
Also expanded upon in today’s Fallout Day Broadcast was a new bounty hunting system, where players can hunt down the eccentric criminals across the new region. Leading the charge as the face of the new system is none other than ‘The Ghoul’, brought to life in Fallout 76 by Walton Goggins himself, reprising his role from Prime Video’s Fallout television series.
Fallout 76 is also getting native versions for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 in early 2026, with optimizations for PS4 and Xbox One players.
NEW FALLOUT SEASON 2 POSTERS!
(s0lebs 2nd Opinion) – I am beyond excited for any type of news we can get from the Fallout series. After its master class first season, I can only hope that from these posters released, the second season (slated for December) will be even better than the first!
