The Nintendo Direct presentation showcased some Pokémon goodness with details on the Legends: Z-A DLC, along with a brand new, cozy game.
I love Pokémon and I love cozy farm/life sim games. They are among my favorite things to just sit back and enjoy. Now, they’re finally coming together and Pokémon Pokopia looks like the Animal Crossing crossover I never knew I needed (even though this “human” Ditto is freaking me out).
Play as a Ditto – who has transformed to look like a human – to shape an empty land into a beautiful space for a variety of Pokémon. Learn new moves from Pokémon you meet to expand and create a paradise. Collect berries, rocks and wood, build furniture, grow vegetables in fields you’ve tilled, create homes for Pokémon you meet, and more!
Pokémon Pokopia is set to hit Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, with pre-orders for the digital version arriving on the Nintendo eShop beginning November 12th.
If that’s not enough Pokémon goodness, we also got a new look at Pokémon Legends: Z-A and the Mega Dimension DLC that players will be able to enjoy.
Continue your adventures in Lumiose City with the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension paid DLC4 expansion. Mysterious distortions have appeared without warning in Lumiose City. They seem to connect to a space known as Hyperspace Lumiose … and the mythical Pokémon Hoopa might have some part to play. Discover new Mega Evolutions like Mega Raichu X, Mega Raichu Y and more.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A hits Nintendo Switch(es) on October 16th, with the Mega Dimension DLC arriving sometime “soon.”
