It’s a wonderful time to be a gamer! Team Cherry has revealed that a free expansion for Hollow Knight: Silksong, titled Sea of Sorrow, is coming in 2026

Sea of Sorrow features new areas, new bosses and new tools for Hornet to use in this nautically themed expansion. An exact release date for Sea of Sorrow was not revealed but Team Cherry did tease that this is just one of many things that they’re working on.
