An eerie new Pokémon short has revealed a new Mega Evolution coming to Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Mega Victreebel!
Throughout the week, you may have noticed the Pokémon team sharing teases of something spooky. This morning, they revealed a new short called “The Case of the Sweet Scent Incident.” Shot in the found footage style, they nail the tense/chilling tone, and it’s pretty fun to watch:
Seems kinda wild that all of this is just to reveal the new Mega Victreebel. I mean, this is good, and almost makes me want to see what a horror game set in the Pokémon universe could do. Regardless, I’ll take fun reveals like this. It’s a neat way to do things even if the horror vibe feels off for this particular pocket monster.
