Get your hands on a physical edition of the game real soon, and we got some good news for cartridge fans too.
Sega announced that Sonic Crossworlds for Nintendo Switch 2 will see a physical edition on March 26th. The physical edition comes in at $69.99, matching the similar releases for PS5 and Xbox Series physical editions. The game is, of course, also available digitally on all platforms and PC.
That’s not all the good news we have. With Nintendo Switch 2 releases we have to be careful that a “physical release” isn’t just a digital key in disguise. With Sonic Crossworlds Sega made it clear that the entire base game and content is on the cartridge.
That’s some great news for physical edition collectors, like myself, and entices us even further to go pick it up. Even if I don’t own a Switch 2 just yet. Will you be picking up the game when it hits physical store shelves in March? I think it’s a good one to add to my collection for when I finally jump into Switch 2.
