Cameras Begin Rolling on Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania

Filming has officially started on the third Ant-Man film, Quantumania, announced via a set photo from the director himself.

It’s crazy to me that we ever got an Ant-Man movie to begin with, and now cameras are rolling on a THIRD film. Director Peyton Reed used his social media to announce the start of production, sharing a picture of the ugly bunny doll from the first movie:

On top of looking forward to a new Marvel movie in general, fans are particularly eager for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania as it will feature Jonathan Majors as Kang. Considering how amazing he was as the “villain” in the Loki finale, it’s going to be great to see what one his variants is up to in this film.

No idea what the doll may symbolize, but it’s a safe bet that Cassie Lang (Scott’s daughter) will play a larger role in the story. Now that she’s older (thanks to the events of Infinity War and Endgame) could we see her become Ant-Girl in this film?

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is scheduled to hit theaters on February 17, 2023.
